Andie the assistant manager is supa amazing she is friendly and always have a lovely attitude. Andie always made sure my grandson got home safely and off the bus. I love all the amenities that come with the apartment though I don't use them all and the lawn care is always maintained appropriately. When I arrived, Aretha was there to help me. I must say before I had the tour, Arethas' customer service and personality, had sold me already. Throughout the process, she kept me updated on how things were going in a timely manner. Aretha was so exuberating, courteous, professional and friendly, I felt like we were family lol. Fernando and Jose responded to my request within a few... hours and went above and beyond making sure it was in good working order. Prime Location
I have lived at Estancia apartment for more then a year and can’t say anything bad. It has a prime location to everything,... the staff is very friendly and will always try to help (specially Andie always nice and polite, understanding etc).
