Great place to live. I appreciate how much the staff does an awesome job making this place look fabulous. The office staff are very knowledgeable and courteous on every issue I've had. Maintenance is awesome. And all my neighbors are friendly.

Portia, the Manager, helped us with our move in a couple years back and everytime I've needed her since then. She gave us her email to use when she's not available, not just a property email address to anyone. She is awesome and very down to earth. We have had some normal issues come up but maintenance has been quick and friendly. My only negative so far is that the compactor get overly full sometimes and parking can get pretty tight.

I would like to say the apartments are beautiful and the leasing team wonderful and friendly. This was my first choice though and although I am not going to be living here would definitely reconsider in the future.

Lucas, with maintenance, was amazing. He came out and fixed our issue with the air-conditioning within a matter of minutes, and told us what we need to do if it happens to stop working again. We appreciate his assistance so much. With the summer heat, having reliable AC is a must, and Lucas made sure we were good to go, even on a Sunday. Thanks again!

The staff here has been nothing short of great to me. Everyone I have met has been extremely helpful and caring. All of my maintenance issues have been taken care of either the day I turned in the request or the next day. I think the rent is a bit high but it’s no different than any other place I looked for in Tulsa. I went from a 4 bedroom, much nicer apartment to a 2 bedroom plain apartment with all of the same amenities for the same price but that was in Arkansas. I do wish they had better security measures but all in all, Estancia has been a good place to live.
