Overall, things have been great. My neighbors upstairs must stomp when they walk but other than that- I haven't had many ... overall concerns. The maintenance team is quick and professional with any request. Only true suggestions I have: Put cameras up at the trash compactor- people are nasty- start charging them when they are lazy. And upgrade the dog area. The fence is barely holding up at best.. and when it rains, it's so much mud. I suggest putting a concrete slab down at the entrance as that's where most of the traffic is which causes the grass to die and mud.
