I’ve been in Estancia apartments for a year and a half now and I just renewed my lease for another two years. The reason ... being the staff, the maintenance, the location the amenities are truly ideal. I feel safe in these apartment homes a few times that I’ve had any incidents where I’ve needed maintenance. They reply immediately, and the issues resolved. Literally the next day if not the same day, I cannot say enough about the Office staff Natalia, Jasmine Haly are truly amazing always professional and courteous always make me feel like I’m important. I don’t know how much they are getting paid but I really think they need to get a raise. You want to keep people like that working in this establishment, they are what makes this place Truly a home. I would recommend Estancia apartments to anyone who is looking thank you again for making me feel so welcomed, looking forward to the next two years. We had a wonderful time during our stay here! The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the residents are incredibly ... friendly. However, we did have a few concerns. The parking can be challenging, and the road has some potholes. One suggestion we have is to install a light post in the dog park. Overall, we would highly recommend living here. Overall, things have been great. My neighbors upstairs must stomp when they walk but other than that- I haven't had many ... overall concerns. The maintenance team is quick and professional with any request. Only true suggestions I have: Put cameras up at the trash compactor- people are nasty- start charging them when they are lazy. And upgrade the dog area. The fence is barely holding up at best.. and when it rains, it's so much mud. I suggest putting a concrete slab down at the entrance as that's where most of the traffic is which causes the grass to die and mud.
