Estancia Apartments offers a team of maintenance professionals and an after-hours emergency maintenance line to call for emergencies.
If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about!
To get assistance as quickly as possible, place a work order through the online portal or contact our team of management professionals. If the request you are submitting is an emergency, please ensure to call the leasing office versus submitting online so that way our after-hours maintenance can finalize your request.
If you are locked out during business hours, the on-site team is happy to help. If you are locked out after hours, please inform courtesy patrol so they can reach out to our staff for assistance.
AMENITIES
Yes, Estancia offers 2 different parking options. Estancia offers your standard parking space that is first-come first first-served, and you can lease a garage for a guaranteed and covered parking space. If you have any questions or would like to inquire for our garages, please call the leasing office today.

Estancia Apartments is proudly pet-friendly! We permit dogs and cats, and up to 2 pets per home. Contact our leasing team with any questions about breed restriction requirements or pet rent!
At Estancia Apartments, you will have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you get chores done, so you can do more of what you love. Here, you can easily stay cool with the central A/C and cook to your heart's content with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, fridge, and so much more.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEASING

At Estancia, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or certified funds!
At Estancia, all residents are required to have renters' insurance. Please contact our leasing team to discuss the renter's insurance policy in more depth.
COX Communications is our quick connect provider! We will ensure to provide more information for you at move-in!
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.
Estancia Apartments will provide utility set-up information upon moving into your new home!
At Estancia Apartments, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

When reviewing an application to rent at Estancia Tulsa Apartments, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Applicants must have verifiable income equal or greater to 3 times (gross) the market rent. Guarantors must have original, verifiable income equal to or greater than 6 times (gross market rent).
We require proof of 1-year rental or ownership history. We will request additional documentation at the time of applying.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.

We accept both appointments and walk-ins. In order to get the full experience of Estancia Apartments, schedule a tour to prevent any wait time and to ensure you can ask all the questions about your new home.
Your apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move-out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
Estancia Apartments does not have additional monthly fees for using amenities. However, you must pay any additional charges for parking/pet rent dependent on resident circumstances.
We do not allow subletting or Airbnb listings.
We want Estancia Apartments to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
