From the very beginning of our apartment search, Estancia stood out as an excellent option. We were moving from SE Michigan ... and unable to come in person for a tour or to fill out paperwork. Katie made every step of the process easy and stress-free. Once we moved in, all of our requests for maintenance or general questions were completed in a efficient and timely manner. The maintenance crew does an amazing job - explained what the trouble was with the A/C unit in a way that I fully understood and was comfortable with the work being done. Additionally, the maintenance team has to keep up with the garbage compactor and do an admirable job. We have learned to get home before dark or we have to park pretty far away from our unit. After they found ... out the compressor unit was not working at all, they put in an order right away and installed a portable AC to help cool the room down. I moved to Estancia because of the value and so that I could hear children's laughter and playing. It is a great community ... to raise a family. The office offers community activities via food trucks, holiday engaging fun, etc. I am not disappointed. They are responsive when they called for maintenance and sends out notices according. The Maintenance Staff at Estancia is wonderful!! When maintenance requests are made, the repairs are taken care of quickly, ... and if parts have to be ordered, they always keep you informed. They are professional and never leave a mess. The Staff is always courteous, and will check with the tenant to make sure their requests were completed to their satisfaction. The toilet was an easy fix. They replaced the valve no problem. They came quickly after the request was put in and did an ... excellent job in fixing it quickly and did what need to be done. There has not been an issue with the water running since and very happy with result and no complaints. Since living here for almost 3 years and the Estancia Apartments are one of Tulsa's best kept secrets. Numerous times ... maintenance has needed to be contacted due to things wearing out as well as disability issues. Current maintenance crew Fernando, Jose, and Sean have been extremely helpful not only fixing issues but also explaining things that can be done to prevent future issues and never complaining. The Office staff has always been extremely helpful and willing to help regarding certain circumstances as well as communicating with their residence. All around the staff, complex are top notch. Estancia is extremely safe and is convenient since it is so close to wherever one may want to go and visit in Tulsa . With most people's common goal is providing the best life possible for an individual and their family, Estancia enables for their residents to strive towards that goal.
